Chief Commercial Officer
Hans Veenendaal was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in July 2016. In this capacity, he leads ModusLink’s Global Sales, Marketing and Client Management organizations with a focus on growing revenue and enhancing the Company’s market position as a trusted provider of highly integrated supply chain and logistics services to the world’s best brands.
Mr. Veenendaal has served in various management positions at ModusLink over the past two decades, most recently as Vice President of Sales for the EMEA and APAC regions. He has served as VP of Strategic Accounts, responsible for executing value chain strategies, and driving supply chain, aftermarket and e-Business processes for global technology and consumer electronics goods companies. As Senior Director of Client Solutions at ModusLink, Mr. Veenendaal headed up global sales teams focused on selling complex supply chain solutions, and was responsible for lead generation and overall sales effectiveness. He has also held the posts of Materials Manager and Logistics & Security Manager, where he led sourcing, planning, logistics, warehouse, and security operations. In addition to his tenure at ModusLink, Hans has served as VP of Sales, Large Accounts at Teleplan, a global after-market solutions provider for leading communications, consumer electronics and technology companies.
Hans is a proven leader in sales and marketing and has deep knowledge of the supply chain industry and target vertical markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree for International Sales and Marketing Management from the Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, in Zwolle, Netherlands.
