Lead Generation Manager

The Lead Generation Manager provides sales and marketing support in building, maintaining and reporting on a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for programs to generate, and nurture leads via events, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cold calling.  The Lead Generation Manager will deliver fully qualified leads with meetings scheduled for the Sales team to then take ownership of the lead.


  2. Lead Management – Assist in managing Hubspot, lead management activities and multiple other channels through phone calls, social media, and emails. Contribute to the sales pipeline by creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities for the sales team.
  3. Nurturing – Identify the leads that need nurturing by segmenting our contacts and building out emails to help convert more leads into customers. Use what knowledge is available about the contacts to send personalized emails to build a relationship with the leads and move them through the sales funnel until they are ready to become an opportunity.
  4. Cold / Follow-up Calls – Manage sales communication including initiating cold calls or conducting follow-up calls to prospects to generate leads and set meetings.
  5. Lead Generation – Database – Research, build and maintain list(s) using Seamless and other real-time lead search engines / market databases.
  6. Reporting – Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to report results and to measure performance of all marketing campaigns
  7. Analysis – Work closely with Director of Digital Marketing to analyze monthly the performance of all the current campaigns, make recommendations on improvement or ceasing a campaign and to request funding for those campaigns that deliver the highest Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).



  1. Other Duties as required.


  2. High School Diploma or equivalent or higher
  3. Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably 2-5 years.
  4. An understanding 3PL / Contract Assembly services and how they relate to our target markets
  5. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects on a global scale
  6. Strong organizational skills
  7. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  6. Occasional exposure to production, distribution area working conditions, including noise, and dust exposure and lift truck traffic.
