Based at our office in Venray we are on the lookout for a Business Representative / Customer Service professional.
As our Business Representative, you will be the vital link between ModusLink and our customers. Your role will be important in proactively communication and outstanding support, transforming customer needs into tangible results. You will do this together with the Business Representatives and Business Manager(s) and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.

You will be involved with all aspects of customer service:

• Be the Voice: Engage directly with clients, interpreting their needs and crafting deliverables that exceed expectations.
• Collaboration: Partner with various departments to create one-stop solutions that enhance the client experience.
• Communication: Keep clients in the loop about business developments and seize opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare insightful internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness that inform strategic decisions. Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and process changes.
• Order management: Oversee the daily flow of orders, managing everything from backlogs to new part setups with finesse.

What are we looking for?

• A proactive thinker with a MBO+ working and thinking level.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics setting.
• A customer-centric mindset together with outstanding communication skills.
• Confidence to assert yourself while maintaining calm under pressure.
• A keen eye for process improvements and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office, also essential is to have experience with SAP.
• Fluent in English & Dutch is a pre.
