Process Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Manager with strong expertise in process mapping to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and optimizing both physical workflows and systemic processes across a broad range of manufacturing and logistics activities within enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle. The ideal candidate will bridge operational and digital processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document end-to-end business processes, including physical operations and system transactions.
- Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimized processes aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support ERP-related process improvements (SAP, Oracle) and ensure integration with physical workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and target processes and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on new or revised processes.
- Work closely with internal SMEs and our S.I. to deploy the optimum processes
- Assist in the development of training material and collateral describing those procedures and processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering or business process management.
- Proven experience in process mapping for both physical operations and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, BPMN).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral (English)
Preferred
- Experience in light manufacturing or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environments.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (Lean concepts are a plus, but Six Sigma certification is not required).
Understanding of supply chain and material flow processes.
