Oracle Superuser & Support Specialist
General:
The Oracle Super User & Support Specialist will take a site lead role in the Oracle Fusion implementation project. Following the implementation, this individual will be responsible for providing expert-level support to the site organization, will collaborate with business owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs and drive business efficiency. The areas of focus include, but are not limited to, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Shipping, and Supply Chain.
Essential job functions:
- Participate as a key site team member in the initial phase of Oracle onboarding, assisting with project management design and implementation tasks.
- Collaborate with business owners, IT teams and other stakeholders to implement Oracle solutions.
- Design and optimize Oracle processes to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute testing scenarios to ensure system functionality, lead site testing process from start to user acceptance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials for end users.
- Provide support to end users, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Continuously improve Oracle system performance and user experience.
- Generate and analyze system reports to support business decision-making.
- Document system processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Assure that all appropriate paperwork is completely properly and accurately.

Technical skills:
- Proven and demonstrable expertise in Use Case Modeling, User Stories or Business Process Modeling (BPM).
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS R12, including configuration, customization, and support.
- Module Proficiency in but not limited to Order Management, Warehouse Management, Shipping and Supply Chain.
- Documentation proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, test plans, and other technical documentation.
- Understanding of system interfaces and data migration processes
Analytical skills:
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Business Process Analysis: Capability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
Position qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science business administration, Supply chain Management or Logistics or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in Oracle Fusion super user and support role
- Experience in domains such as manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL or PL/SQL or software development scripting is a plus.
