Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources
Mary Peros is ModusLink’s Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources (HR). In this role, she is responsible for advancing the Company’s talent management strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent on a worldwide basis.
Her efforts focus on accelerating ModusLink’s transformation and differentiation in the global market by leading the building of a culture of workforce engagement, diversity, agility, and innovation.
Mary is a commercial SHRM-SCP qualified HR professional who guides companies in translating their corporate objectives into reality. Expertise includes leading talent acquisition programs to hire the right people, defining talent management strategies to maximize performance, and expertly managing employee relations at all levels. 15+ years of success in progressively responsible international HR roles. She understands what’s required to align HR strategy with business priorities in order to drive results and is well-versed defining HR policy, driving change, engaging stakeholders cross-functionally, and ensuring legal compliance. Mary has the ability to problem solve in ambiguous situations and is known for leading programs and driving change to leave a lasting legacy. Mary has worked directly in the US, Europe and Asia, assisting companies in a multitude of industries: Computer Software & Hardware, Manufacturing, Management Consulting, Healthcare, Financial Services, Airline Industry and Engineering & Oil & Gas.
Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK.
