John has 25+ years of experience across a range of industries and geographies leading teams to deliver positive customer outcomes and growth for the company. For twenty of those years he has focused on global sales, leading teams in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. He appreciates the uniqueness of a business and the cultural norms of the business in its home country. These keen insights into both business and people give him the ability to deliver results in in the areas of growth, new customer acquisition and sales team optimization.
As a hands-on leader, John has implemented Salesforce.com® CRM and Miller Heiman® strategic, conceptual and key account management principles. He is passionate about stewardship and talent development. Using such tools as data-led accountability and real-world challenges, he strives to mold a synergistic team that is better than when he began with them.
John holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, McColl School of Business.
