Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources
Deniese Miranda is ModusLink’s Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources (HR). In this role, she is responsible for advancing the Company’s talent management strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent on a worldwide basis.
Her efforts focus on accelerating ModusLink’s transformation and differentiation in the global market by leading the building of a culture of workforce engagement, diversity, agility, and innovation. A key aspect of her responsibilities is to further optimize Human Resources best practices and programs, to create a true human work environment in the digital age.
She began her work at ModusLink in 2017 as a consultant supporting corporate HR functions in the Americas and the Company’s LEAN FORWARD transformation initiative, with an emphasis on devising and implementing best practices by the global HR team.
Deniese draws on a 15+ year track record of accomplishment in all aspects of HR. Prior to joining ModusLink, Deniese held various HR executive posts of increasing responsibility at Global Eagle Enterprises, a global provider of media content and satellite connectivity; Navitas, a global for-profit higher education provider; Point Blank Enterprises, a leading supplier of protective solutions for the military, law enforcement and corrections professionals; among other public and private, consumer products and services based organizations.
Deniese holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Universidad Metropolitana.
