ModusLink’s John Heffernan, SVP of Global Operations, Named Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive

ModusLink’s Senior Vice President of Global Operations, John Heffernan, has been named one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2017 Pros to Know. The Pros to Know Awards recognize executives and enterprises which are leading initiatives to help prepare supply chains for the significant challenges of today’s business climate.

With more than 20 years of supply chain management leadership and expertise, John has utilized his operational experience to provide innovative manufacturing and logistics solutions for companies ranging from small and large scale startup companies to publicly traded global enterprises. While the supply chain industry has been undergoing a shift in both consumer and retailer behaviors, John has worked to ensure that ModusLink remains at the forefront of innovation to support its growing network of global customers.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at ModusLink, John is tasked with building Global Business Units, integrating client-facing and operations teams for enhanced collaboration and innovation, and also leads ModusLink’s Global Process Excellence program, which identifies and deploys a variety of best-in-class processes for customers to help them gain a competitive advantage in their respective markets.

“As the supply chain continues to play an increasingly critical role in a company’s success, ModusLink has surpassed the industry standard of delivering comprehensive solutions, and we continue to seek out ways to strategically invest in our customers’ performance,” said Heffernan. “It is an honor to be recognized as one of this year’s Pros to Know, and it would not be possible without the tremendous commitment of this entire organization to bringing truly innovative solutions to the industry that empower our customers to succeed.”
