ModusLink Announces Changes to Executive Management Team

Waltham, MA April 13, 2005 - ModusLink Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI) today announced organizational changes to its Executive Management Team. Ken Southerland has accepted the position as President, Sales and Marketing. During Ken's tenure with ModusLink (formerly Modus Media International), most recently serving as President of Asia-Pacific Operations, he has been instrumental in establishing ModusLink as a leading supply chain solutions partner in the Asia Pacific Region for global technology companies.

"Ken's extensive industry knowledge, client relationships and thorough understanding of clients' supply chain business requirements enable us to deliver innovative global solutions. In addition, ModusLink announced that Bill McLennan has joined ModusLink as President of Asia-Pacific Operations. "Bill is a seasoned general manager who's had supply chain management and technology experience as President of RR Donnelley Logistics and as President of Packtion Corporation. Bill's unique set of experiences and his proven leadership capabilities make him a very strong addition to ModusLink's Executive Leadership Team," said Lawler.
