David J. Riley
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
David J. Riley was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for ModusLink Global Solutions in April 2007. In this role, he is responsible for building strategic alliances and leading mergers and acquisitions activity for ModusLink Global Solutions and its subsidiaries. David brings strong leadership and management skills to the role along with extensive corporate knowledge gained through his years with the company.
David joined ModusLink Global Solutions in 2000 as Director of Finance, and advanced through the finance department, serving in various roles including Vice President, Finance. More recently David served as Special Assistant to the CEO prior to becoming Interim Chief Financial Officer in June 2006.
Prior to joining the company, David was a member of the Audit practice with Ernst & Young LLP.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Husson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
